Assessment through Gap Analysis
A well done Gap analysis can mean the difference between a failed or successful ISO implementation for your hospital or hospital system. The framework developed for your facility will be based on our DNV certified lead auditor’s findings.
The gap analysis seeks to understand if there is the presence or absence of the following:

- Control of Records (4.2.4)
- Internal Audit (8.2.2)
- Control of Nonconforming Product (8.3)
- Corrective Action (8.5.2)
- Preventive Action (8.5.3)
We analyze your procedures, your processes, your activities, your departmental communication, record and forms management.
The assessment also includes leadership training on the principles of ISO 9001 and the requirements for implementing a hospital-wide implementation of ISO 9001 standards.
One of the resources available to you will be our web based assessment portal, which will allow you to login with your security access and review the findings with your team at the conclusion of the gap analysis. Implementations are also managed and tracked online through a proprietary certification portal, where you can monitor in real time the status of your implementation, and communicate directly with your implementation team to stay connected. A quality management information system will also be made available to to your organization for the continual managemnt of ISO 9001.
