2. Document review (optional) $250
3. Per bid “City” per supplier location  $250
4. Per bid “Equipment Category” $95

An example fee structure would look like the following: Example Medical Supply wants to bid Los Angeles and Texas, 3 categories, and review their own documents. Their fees would be: $1,100 for their one business location $250 for Los Angeles + $250 for Texas = $500, $95 x 3 categories = $285 Total fees = $1,885

IBN customers (and those who have used our services in the past 90 days) will receive an additional 20% discount on the total cost of CBR2 services.

Service includes but is the following:

1.    Each company is assigned a bid consultant, who will work with you and your staff to collect the necessary information required to submit
your bid.  For example:

a.    CPA prepared financial statements and reports

b.    Tax records, etc…
2.    You will be assigned tasks by your bid consultant:

a.    Upload or fax bidder documents

b.    Authorized Official Assignment

c.    Balance Sheet Assignment, etc…

3.    Your consultant will calculate your estimated capacity

4.    Your consultant will process your bid and complete your online documentation with CMS
