September 2011 – IBN made its Exemptee Certification Course available to the public.

June 2011 – IBN Exemptee Certification Course  was reviewed and accepted by the California Department of Public Health Food and Drug Branch.

July 2011- IBN began work on its electronic medical record for      homecare.

March 2011 - IBNExperience launched IBNLearning.com our web based learning management platform for educating our customers in many areas of their business.  In addition to education IBNLearning.com lends itself to rapid requirement implementation when orientation modules, competency modules, and training modules are utilized during the implementation process.  With IBNLearning.com an enterprise of any size can simultaneously orient, educate and train its personnel on a myriad of chosen topics.  The system maintains student transcripts, issues certifications and CEU will be available in Q3 of 2011 through IACET.

 

February 2011 – IBNExperience launched “bFlow” for JCAHO and “iso.bFlow” for ISO 9001:2008.  These webased applications enable rapid implementation of JCAHO and ISO requirements, manage policies and procedures, controls documents, and improve communication across our customer organizations.

February 2011 – IBNExperience launched ISOHealthForum.com - A forum for healthcare professionals who want to share information or are seeking advice on ISO 9001:2008 for healthcare.

 

January 2011 – IBNQuality LLC (IBNEperience) received ISO 9001:2008 certification.
